tokidoki x K11 International Collaborative Art Project

As part of K11’s annual Food Art Festival, the prestigious Hong Kong based super-mall has collaborated with Tokidoki on a series of projects that will run until the end of September.

Known for their extensive work with the likes of designer Karl Largerfield, Le Sport Sac and Levi’s, Tokidoki have created two 5 meter tall installations based on their iconic cactus and newly designed lion characters. Alongside these massive sculptures the design house will also be hosting two shows, A Recipe for Homemade Dreams, featuring 18 new works by the studio’s Simone Legno, and the Tokidoki Heritage Exhibition, a collaboration project with local students and artists.

As well as the host of events the Tokidoki team are taking part in, the crew have also managed to find the time to open their first ‘pop-up’ shop, situated in the centre of the K11 mall. Featuring toys, iPhone and iPad covers, umbrellas, t-shirts and more, the tokidoki x K11 Worldwide Limited Collectibles shop’s products are all 100% exclusive to the mall- making them highly desirable to any Toki collector worth their salt!

As if all their recent work with K11 wasn’t enough, Tokidoki are also gearing up for the launch of their latest collaboration with Singapore based delivery company, SingPost. Based on the Zip and Cody designs Tokidoki originally created for their MyStamp collection last year, the characters have been beautifully sculpted in 3D.

Priced at SGD$49.90, the set is available to purchase via shop.vpost.com.sg, with a current due date of August 20th.
