Taking the leap into resin casting last year, Taylored Curiosities‘ Penny Taylor has built up a huge following through her adorable micro-sized figures, so with ToyCon UK just around the corner the artist has decided to take the little guys one step further… a she proudly introduces the Giant Monster Embryos! Essentially the exact same design as her first hand sculpted creation, the 1.2″ tall Monster Embryo, the figure has been faithfully reproduced in a MUCH larger scale- measuring in at 6″ tall, 8″ wide and a whopping 2.5kg in weight! With production duties handed over to Creo Design, the first batch will be debuting at ToyCon in the OG Brilliant Blue colourway. Limited to just 10 pieces, these will be available at the Taylored Curiosities booth for £225 each… Joining the standard edition, Penny has revealed that there will also be another 7 available to purchase on the day that are currently being customised by Lisa Rae Hansen, Matt ‘Lunartik’ Jones, Ume Toys (pictured), Nervis Wrek, Loz Boz, Stitches and Glue (wip pictured) and Creo himself, alongside an 8th that will be painted by Jon Paul Kaiser live at the event!
