Based on the original Cyco Simon mask, the latest version features the same base design, this time around coming with an altered mouth sculpt, additional facial hair, plus a new icy blue skin tone. Again based on an older design, this time Skinner’s Twisting Maw, the super creepy three-eyed beast has been treated to a slime green colourway, coming complete with a full head of white flowing locks.
