Originally teased here a couple of weeks back, we can now reveal Mirock Toy‘s officially licensed Wanpaku Ōji no Orochi Taiji sofubi in full! Featuring the classic Japanese animation’s lead protagonists, the Naughty Prince and Tiger, the beautifully sculpted, vintage styled figures have been cast in tan and yellow soft vinyl, coming with meticulous sprays from none other than Itokin Park. Going on sale at the Mirock Toy Wonderfestival booth (5-10-8) this Sunday, July 27th alongside limited restocks of both Jackie and Bikkemberg sets, pricing is likely to be around the 9,800yen ($97) mark…
But that’s not all! Joining the licensed releases, Mirock will also have a total of 3 releases in the highly sought after Dr Mirock series. Featuring mash-ups of the original series parts, new additions, plus a few borrowed from the recent Meka Chibira-Kun release, 2 sets will be on offer at 7,000yen ($69) each; Set 1 including a Mirock Attack, Tenno Ong and Tokotoko Mirock, and Set 2, a “Full Version” Mirock Rocket and Devil Busting Tank, as well as standalone mini, Dr Mirock Shock for 1,000yen ($10).
