Eric Smith over at Full Blown Ink is proud to reveal that his debut production toy “Vulkira” will be making it’s way to crowd-funding site Kickstarter very soon! Born out of a love of giant Japanese robots, the stunning, fully articulated figure borrows elements from the likes of the Shogun Warriors and Jumbo Machinders, albeit compacted down to a more collector-friendly 8″ scale (although we’ve been told a 24″ vintage jumbo version may make an appearance in the future!). Due to be produced in soft vinyl courtesy of Unbox Industries, Vulkira will be up for grabs via a number of different pledge tiers, ranging from just $60 for the basic figure, right up to $200 for original Vulkira art from Darryl Banks of Green Lantern fame. Currently looking for feedback on the project before it goes live in just a couple of weeks time, interested parties can hit Eric up through the Vulkira Kickstarter preview page right here
