The guys over at apparel brand Scumbags & Superstars have teamed up with paint master Joe Whiteford for a special micro-run of custom Skull Chiefs! Standing at around 4″ tall (a little larger than a baseball), the limited batch of 4 mascot “head” figures have been produced in Japanese soft vinyl, each coming with their own unique paint app courtesy of Joe; 2 featuring a traditional Native American-inspired pallet, and another 2 – our personal faves – decked out to resemble Return of the Living Dead 2’s Tarman and the They Live alien. Due to touch down in the S&S store right here at some point in the near future, be sure to keep an eye on the Scumbags and Superstars Instagram feed for full release details soon…

UPDATE// Wasting no time since our post yesterday afternoon, Joe has already set about working on yet another 3 Skull Chiefs, bringing the total of the run up to 7! Featuring another rendition of the “They Live”  formaldehyde face, the other 2 have been treated to a bleeding skull design alongside a hockey mask-wearing rendition of Friday 13th’s Jason Vorhees. Release details are still forthcoming at present, so be sure to keep a close eye on the S&S Instagram feed for more info soon…
