Always looking to push the boundaries, the guys over at Awesome Toy have just unveiled a rather unique-looking sofubi toy to add to their ever growing back catalog, the AT Piggy Bank! Inspired by a classic blow-moulded piggy bank from 1960’s Hong Kong (which in turn, was inspired by a similar injection moulded Canadian design from the late 50’s), the beautifully realised sculpt stands at just over 4.5″ tall, with articulation in the neck. Produced in a red soft vinyl and treated to black sprays inspired by a super-rare version of the HK design, this limited pre-release version can currently be found in the Toy Underground store right here for just $40 plus shipping…
