MAN-E-NEWS// The ED-IT DJ’s B6400 resin figure from Tesselate…

B6400

Wasting no time since the release of the C1200 just a couple of weeks back, UK based resin artist Tesselate introduces yet another addition to the ever growing ED-IT DJ family, the trusty B6400… A sound engineer of sorts to the main ED-IT DJ figures, the B6400 uses the same intricate multi-parted design as the original ‘bots, coming hand cast and painted in a striking selection of vivid tones. Coming complete with the standard DJ booth/ Accex sound creating desk, the beautifully realised piece has been limited to just 2 pieces this time around, priced at £70 each plus shipping… Look out for them in the Tesselate store this coming Tuesday, March 19th at 8pm GMT.

Backstory// The core ED-IT DJ’s would struggle to put on a show without their trusty friends the B6400 series. Once confined to audio management of human concerts and internet broadcasts, these bots joined the ED-IT team and have put their skills to good use. From the very initial concept of a new show, through the to the final beat produced, B6400 are watching and tweaking via their expansive plethora of equipment. They work closely with partner company Accex to develop new machines and push boundaries. They are also partial to a good cheese burger…
