Turning to Japanese Sofubi impresario Mori Katsura of RealxHead, premier sub-culture magazine VICE Japan have just unveiled the latest digital short in their ongoing “A Day With…” series, taking a rather interesting look into the life of the legendary soft vinyl producer! With the help of Fig-Lab‘s Datadub, producer/director Anthony Knight of 1K Films takes viewers on a whistle-stop tour of the contemporary vinyl scene in Japan right now, with one of the many cinematic highlights coming in the form of a rare, must-see scene with Mori working alongside veteran sofubi painter Goto-San.
