The guys behind low brow art blog Streets of Beige have just announced the launch of their new bootleg rap toy imprint, Trap Toys! Unofficially kicking things off with their Bernard Rollins collaboration “Action Figure Bronson” at Plastik Schmack back in September, the figure unfortunately received a cease and desist soon after show, leaving the awesome pictured Run the Jewels x TMNT piece to spearhead the new company instead. A loving homage to El-P and Killer Mike’s new hip hop outfit RTJ, the hulking, 11″ tall figure has been kit-bashed and re-sculpted from the rare TMNT Krang Android Body to resemble the duo, coming recast in resin and treated to a black/turquoise paint app that reflects the artwork from duo’s self-titled first album.
