Splurrt of Secretoy has just revealed that he’s been working on a follow-up to his hugely popular Cinema Monster kaiju! As with the original, the second beast has once again been inspired by the golden age of monster flicks, this time taking on one of Ray Harry Hausen’s most iconic characters, the Kraken from 1981 epic Clash of the Titans. Standing at around the same height of the first Cinema Monster at 10″ tall, the figure – whilst featuring a familiar head sculpt and textures – ditches the Kraken’s multiple tails in favour of chunky, four-armed design more in-keeping with the look of the series. Currently at the final stages of clay prototyping, we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed that this must-have figure makes its way into vinyl before the year is out…
