Monsterfoot Creations’ Slaughter Shark lottery…

Hot on the heals of Gabriella June’s release last week, Kaiju Light Society‘s Monsterfoot Creations is the latest artist to take on the mighty Slaughter Shark for a fully-painted run! Co-designed and sculpted by Monsterfoot and Kearjun, the chainsaw-wielding land shark stands at a lofty 9.5″ tall, coming complete with articulation in the arms, legs and head. Once again cast in a blue soft vinyl, the run has been split into 3 colorways; “Lemon”, limited to 8 and featuring metallic red, pink and bright yellow sprays over a black rub, plus “Pink Lightning” and “Bloody” one-off chases. MW’s “#11” Mount Gorilla at One-Up…

Mount Workshop’s Mount Gorilla will be returning to the One-Up store this week for what will be its 11th edition to date! Coming in at a mid-size 4.7″ tall, the popular 2-part figure has been cast in a deep brown soft vinyl complete with dark brown sprays and minimal hand brushed detailing. It’s been a while since we last saw any toys from Buff Monster, so it came with great pleasure this morning to find that his 2-Headed Mr Melty will be returning this week in an all-new GID colorway! Featuring a Japanese soft vinyl head and resin cast body, the glow-in-the-dark figures have been treated to soft, camo-style sprays in a variety of green tones, each coming complete with white, pink and black brushed detailing. Available in limited quantities through the Buff Monster store this coming Friday, August 26th at 10am Eastern, the painted version will set you back $35, whilst a blank can be obtained for $30…

Originally teased a few months back, the IT Bear from Milk Boy Toys is now finally up for grabs… and a whole lot darker in tone than we originally thought! Designed by Milk Boy and sculpted by Kenth Toy Works, the classically-styled teddy comes with 5 points of articulation plus a somewhat neat design feature- a head that can be removed to reveal a super-creepy clown head inspired by Stephen King’s Pennywise! Having had continued success with their Vinyl Artist Gacha line over the past couple of years, the guys over at Medicom Toy are proud to reveal that a eighth series of the multi-artist minis will be touching down next month! This time featuring the return of Koraters’ “Baby Byron” in alternate colorways, th little guy has been joined by all-new additions “Lawson” from Mr Kinashi, “Zodiac Cat” from Baketan and “Koibozu” from PicoPico. Following a similar template to previous VAG releases, the set of 4 figures feature a stanard 2.5″ tall 2-part design that come in a selection of 5 randomly assorted colorways. Touching down at Village Vangard alongside a number of other Japan-based retailers throughout September for a super-cheap 463yen ($4) each, expect to see VAG Series 8 to roll out internationally within the next few months…

Featuring all 4 figures from the initial VT line-up, each has been painted by Krotpong to resemble some of Japan’s most cherished I’ve action characters; Asogian Assassin as Spectreman, Time Gore as Tetsujin Tiger 7, Troll Borg as Kamen Rider 1 and the Death Car Exterminator as Kikader. Originally debuting at SDCC ’16 last month, the latest sofubi from Scott Tolleson – Argomedus and the Whisper – are now finally available to purchase online! Designed by Scott and sculpted by David Arshawsky of Turtle Milk Studios, the 2 figures; a Sphynx cat magician and his genie; come in at around 4.5″ and 3.5″ tall each. Produced in an unpainted smoke-colored sofubi for this first outing, the pair come bagged with an oversized header for just $60 plus shipping. Rampage Toys’ Sofubi Saloon leftover sale…

Hot on the heels of last night’s Sofubi Saloon event, Rampage Toys‘ Jon Malmstdt has revealed that a slew of leftovers and hold backs will be available online later today! Featuring a ton of must have items including new t-shirts, Paleo Don, Cyclops Dinos, plus some bigger Rampage pieces, these will be joined by a number of one-offs from Marmit/SHB/Karworks’ Akamatsu-san. Blackdots’ official Madballs merch announced…

Jumping on the recent resurgence of classic gross-out toy line Madballs, sofubi producers Blackdots have revealed that they’ll be teaming up with license holders American Greetings for a whole host of official merchandise soon! Whilst specifics still remain close guarded, we’re told to expect a wide range of items, including both sofubi slot banks, and more interestingly for us, a range of Madballs-inspired keshi. With just an announcement in place at the moment, we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for more news on this hotly tipped project soon…
