The latest Plaseebo figure to utilise the Skull Head Butt “X” body, “Gunkanjima” features an all-new resin cast head, coming fitted with a pair of power tubes that run from the body to the head, dolls eye inserts, as well as an internal motion activated color-changing LED unit with replaceable batteries. Painted up in a mix of neon Monster Kolor sprays and hand brushed detailing, the signed and dated figure will be touching down in the Plaseebo webstore on Friday, September 4th for $350 plus shipping…

Directly inspired by obscure 1977 action figure line “Starroid Raiders” from Tomland, the 9” tall Rookie (or is that Wookie?!) and Klop come with the same standard body design as the previously released Cytron and Nizard, this time cast in an authentic dark grey and teal vinyl with simple masked sprays and control panel inserts. The guys over at Japanese retailer Vignette are proud to reveal that they’ve secured an exclusive version of Healeymade‘s awesome Quackula sofubi! Based on the artist’s original custom bootleg release – a loving tribute to both Count Duckula and Universal Monsters – the Naoya Ikeda-sculpted figure stands just shy of 7″ tall and comes with a total of 4 points of articulation. Produced in a GID soft vinyl this time around, this third painted edition of Quackula comes with a mix of vintage-style black, purple and gold sprays courtesy of Shirahama Toy. Originally debuting way back in June, the “Woebegone Mamilla” sofubi from Psycho Scimitar will finally see its first painted release this weekend! After over a year of teasers and reveals, the highly anticipated “Woebegone Mamilla” sofubi from Psycho Scimitar will finally be making it’s debut this week! Designed and sculpted by Alex Gavryushenko, the “miserable nipple” stands at 8″ tall and around 6″ wide, featuring articulation in the neck as well as 2 different eyeballs and a tongue that can be stuck into the eye-sockets. Once again produced in a contrasting mix of magenta and blue soft vinyl, the figure has been treated to numerous psychedelic sprays and hand painted detailing in Alex’s unmistakable style. Limited to a run of just 12 pieces, the fully painted Woebegone’s will be touching down in the Psycho Scimitar store this coming Saturday, August 29th at 6pm Eastern time for just $125 each plus shipping…

Japanese toy retailer and producer Jungle have just revealed that they’ll have a whole slew of new “Skulltula Gaikotyu” sofubi minis up for grabs this weekend! Featuring over 10 previously unreleased colorways and editions for the adorable little guy, the release is set to feature “Gentlemen” versions complete with moustache, top hat and cane, tie wearing “Businessmen”, plus the original “Swordsmen”. Priced between 2160yen and 2700yen each plus shipping, expect to see the Skulltulas in the Jungle store right here on Sunday, August 30th at 1pm Japan time…

Manny X Romero has revealed that he’ll be unleashing a whole swathe of new mini figures into the Iconoclast Toys store later today, including s personal favourite of ours, the retro-tastic Power Claw! The perfect marriage of vintage gaming and toys, the little guy has been bootlegged from M.U.S.C.L.E/Kinnikuman’s infamous “Claw” keshi, coming complete with a beautifully rendered “Power Glove” based on Nintendo’s il fated controller. With his Domino Jack run recently  selling out in a matter of seconds, Todd Robertson aka Mechavirus is proud to reveal that he’ll be taking on a whole load more of Paul Kaiju‘s creations as part of a special “Vs” custom Salerno his store this weekend! Originally teased right here way back in June, we can now reveal that the awesome “Skull God Dude” custom keshi from Nama Niku and John Black will be making it’s debut soon! Meticulously kit-bashed and re-sculpted by Nama using a variety of classic mini figures, the “Sidewalk Surfer” has been cast up by John in a soft resin, coming packed with an awesome in-scale skateboard for the little guy to ride on. Due to come packed with header art John, the Skull God dude will be making it’s debut in a special “Gravy Glow Green” colorway as part of the “Gravy Mini Shop and Gallery” opening at Portland’s Floating World Comics on September 3rd… Unable to attend the event? Extensively featured right here on Man-E-Toys since it’s announcement back in June, we can now reveal that the “Two Face Todd” sofubi from Bad Attic Toys is finally up for grabs! The first to feature in the ongoing Madball-inspired “Trouballz” line, the gruesome figure comes in at an authentically scaled 3″ wide, featuring a two faced, gross-out design complete with a rather clever cranium cap joint. Produced in a thick light purple soft vinyl that mimics the knock-off rubber Madballs of the late 1980’s, the first edition has been treated to a stunning array of bootleg-style purple, yellow, orange and green sprays.
