Standing at just under 16″ tall, the Grody Shogun-designed, Jetture Handsome Taro-sculpted figure has been produced in a black vinyl with red, brown and green sprays, coming complete with removable head cap, brain, chains and padlock accessories. Devils Head Productions have teamed up with the punk rock underground experience know as The Micfits to give you an awesome Disney themed treat… presenting the Maleficent tribute release! Featuring DHP’s Alavaka sofubi painted in metallic tones to mimic the classic villain from the 1959 animated feature “Sleeping Beauty”, the release is also set to include a variant colorway based the evil black raven “Diablo” who is Maleficent’s confidante and assistant in the film. To be joined by a set of two 5 x 7 inch prints featuring a Maleficent themed Micfits character (including an evil chase), the “Maleficent” Alavakas will be making a simultaneous appearance in both the DHP and Micfits stores this coming Saturday, July 25th for just $70 each plus shipping. The guys over at Unbox Industries have joined forces with up and coming toy producers Playtoy for an officially licensed, soft vinyl rendition of Tsuburaya’s Ultraman! Inspired by Bullmark’s classic chunky aesthetic, the iconic tokustsu character has been 3D sculpted by Unbox’s digital team, standing at just under 10″ tall and coming with a removable mask and “transformation device” accessory. Created as part of Ultraman’s on going 50th Anniversary celebrations, the figure is set for release through Playtoy at some point in the near future… Here’s hoping a few are held back for an online release through Unbox soon!

Consisting of 5 figures designed and sculpted by Restore’s Junnosuke Abe , the little guys stand at just under 3″ tall each. Presumably debuting in the unpainted purple vinyl you see above, the series will be making its first appearance at Wonderfestival Summer ’15 this Sunday, July 26th, going on sale blind bag-style for just 500yen ($4) each. Continuing his recent onslaught of custom drops, Todd Robertson aka Mechavirus has taken on a round of Miscreation Toys‘ “Gergle” Autopsy Baby sofubi for yet another online release later this week! Produced in what appears to be a bright blue soft vinyl, the 9″ tall figures have each been lavished with layers of Monster Kolor sprays and hand painted detailing, each coming complete with a number of unique “mecha” enhancements. Plaseebo continues his ongoing team up with Gorgoloid‘s Barry Williams, proudly presenting a trifecta of “Night Gamer” one-off customs from the artist! First up, we have the awesome “Hawaiian Dino Gamer”. A 6″ tall mash-up of Plaseebo’s Night Gamer, an M1 Gorugosu head and a pair of resin cast hands, the beast has been treated to a number of classic Hawaiian-style sprays in orange, teal, silver and black… Next, we have the “Cotton Candy Night Gamer”. Standing at around 7″ tall, the soft vinyl figure has been decked out in soft pink and purple sprays, coming complete with resin hands and custom taxidermy eyes… Last, but by no means least, we have the impressive “Aurora Belly Night Gamer” (pictured middle). A mash-up utilising a Night Gamer head and a GID M1 Gorugosu body, the figure comes fitted with red glass eye inserts plus a number of motion activated LED units… Priced at $350, $400 and $700 respectively, the latest round of Gorgoloid Night Gamers will be touching down in the Plaseebo store this coming Friday, July 24th…

Produced in a clear purple vinyl and treated to minimal masked black sprays and internal glitter pipe cleaners, the vintage-styled Ace Robo will set you back 5,000yen ($40), whilst the clear green Kappa Kid with green, white and black sprays can be yours for just 2,500yen ($20). Wasting no time since the release of his first Nuke Beach mini figures “Fukushiman” and “Chum Bucket” last week, Louie Chavez aka Slimetime is proud to announce the arrival of an all-new sub series, the Gross Out Mini Mutations! Standing at around a third of the size of the standard figures at 1″ tall, these little guys will – starting with the super-gross angler fish you see above – offer a more affordable, pocket sized alternative to the main series, hopefully coming in the same hand painted finish complete with a number of add ons and accessories. The guys behind new UK-based outfit DRWG have just unveiled a work in progress image of the first figure in their debut line of keshi, the Secret Chiefs! First seen in companion publication “Secret Chiefs Zine: Vol. 1″, the series is set to feature a total of 3 Bikkuriman-inspired designs, the first coming in the form of the club wielding demon you see above. Debuting to huge success at myplasticheart back in April, the “Robo Top” resin spinning top from Inami Toyland‘s Kevin Nam returns for a special summertime release! Coming in at around 2″ tall by 2″ wide, the fully working, hand sculpted spinning top features an ingenious “rock, paper, scissors” style mechanic, with each of the robot’s hands (clenched, 2 fingers up and 3 fingers up) representing the game’s 3 choices. Produced by Kevin in 2 different colorways for this release, an unpainted “Lemon” and “Lime”, both have been limited to an edition of just 10 pieces. Based on an original character design from longtime S&S collaborator Sexual Youkai, the suitably gross-looking ball had been hand sculpted by artist Chris Grondin at around 3″ wide, coming cast in an authentic latex foam similar to the original Madballs and layered with a ton of sprays and brushed detailing. Standing at a lofty 10.5″ tall and featuring 4 points of articulation, the menacing grizzly has been produced in a bright orange soft vinyl for the release, coming complete with a number of metallic teal, yellow and red sprays similar to Rampage’s recent “Dark Side Hunter-X” release. Having seen extremely limited runs in unpainted black and white soft vinyl, BlackBook Toy‘s latest collaboration with Ron English and Popaganda – Evil Mc – is finally set to receive its first (semi) painted coloway just in time for Wonderfestival Summer ’15 next week! Based on the reoccurring character seen in many of English’s paintings, the sinister-looking fast food anti-mascot has been realised in 3D by the talented Chop over at Monster Farm, standing at well over 13″ tall and coming with an impressive 8 points of articulation. Produced in a gold glitter-infused vinyl with masked red sprays for the release – complete with detachable fast food gun and jumbo burger accessory – the figure will be making an appearance at BlackBook Toy’s WF booth next Sunday, July 26th for an undisclosed sum… Here’s hoping a few are held back for an online sale soon after!

Joining the previously teased “Evil Hand”, Unbox Industries are proud to reveal that their ever popular “Bad Brain” figure is also set for a “Gummi” release soon! Originally seeing the light of day as a fully-fledged vinyl figure in October last year, the Nickelodeon-esque design has been 3D sculpted and then reduced by Unbox’s digital team, coming in at a considerably smaller sub 1″ tall. Due to be produced alongside the Evil Hand in Unbox’s signature “Gummi” rubber soon, expect a debut release for both figures around Halloween time…
