Hot on the heals of the recent “Black” micro-run, Shigeo Endo over at Bukimi Blasters is proud to present his latest Evil Demon release, the “Burning” edition! Produced in a blind-bagged mix of either blue or pink soft vinyl this time around, the 5.5″ figures have been treated to a mix of neon and metallic sprays, complete with hand threaded, multi-colored hair, Mr Raw Head omake and special header/stickers designed by Matt Blak. Currently up for grabs via limited preorder through the Bukimi Blasters store right here, the “Burning” Evil Demons will set you back just $110 each plus shipping…

MAN-E-NEWS// The ToyCon UK exclusive “Marbled Green” Kappa Kid sofubi from Comet Debris…

Having had sellout success at ToyCon last year, Koji Harmon of Comet Debris has revealed that he’ll be returning to the UK’s premier toy event this month with a shedload of new exclusives! Kicking things off with a bang, the first figure to be revealed comes in the form of the gorgeous Kappa Kid you see above… Standing at around 4″ tall, the 2-part, Kewpie-inspired figure has been produced in a mesmerising marbled green soft vinyl this time around, complete with masked black, white, yellow and blue sprays. Priced at just £25, the limited edition piece will be up for grabs alongside a number of other soon-to-be-revealed pieces at the Comet Debris booth (#38) on Saturday, April 25th… Look out for more reveals soon!

MAN-E-NEWS// The latest “Brice” resin micro-run from Double Parlour revealed…

The San Francisco-based duo behind Double Parlour have just revealed that their adorable “Brice” resin figure will be returning this month in an all-new limited edition colorway! Companion to DP’s hugely popular “Sylvie” character, the vintage-styled, balaclava wearing rodent has been hand cast in resin and treated to a mix of muted blue, yellow and red acrylics with contrasting matt and gloss varnish. Limited to an edition of just 3 pieces this time around, Brice will be making his way into the Double Parlour store alongside a selection of other soon-to-be-revealed pieces on Friday, April 24th at 12pm Pacific time. Originally teased here last week, we can now bring you the full lowdown on Rampage Toys‘ “Ugly Club” for all you Ugly Unicorn fans out there! Featuring two different tiers of entry, Basic and Premium, both feature access to exclusive UU sofubi releases, as well as membership card discounts, Bikkuriman-style stickers and a few, as yet unrevealed surprises. MAN-E-NEWS// The “Classic Animation Color Ver.” Midnight Parade Rimey sofubi from GRUP Design…

The guys over at GRUP Design are proud to reveal that their debut sofubi, “Rimey” from The Midnight Parade, has just received it’s latest colorway, the “Classic Animation Color Version”! Based on GRUP’s signature mummy character, the Kenth Toy Works-sculpted figure stands at around 4″ tall and features 2 points of articulation, this time around coming cast in what appears to be a matt white soft vinyl with minimal dark grey sprays that resemble the look of early b/w cartoons. Currently up for grabs via e-mail lottery priced at just 4,000yen ($34) plus shipping, interested parties are going to need to fire over their name, country, shipping address, phone number, PayPal address and the name of the product (Classic Animation Color Ver. MAN-E-NEWS// The Quakula “Vol.4” sofubi/resin mash-up from Healeymade…

Having made it’s last appearance way back in October of last year, Healeymade‘s awesome Quackula sofubi is set to return this week for it’s fourth official outing! Based on the original custom bootleg release of the same name – a loving tribute to both Universal Monsters and cult 80’s cartoon Count Duckula– the Naoya Ikeda-sculpted figure stands just shy of 7″ tall and comes with a total of 4 points of articulation. Produced in an unpainted glow in the dark soft vinyl this time around, the release sees the inclusion of an all-new hand cast resin head which – correct us if we’re wrong! – appears to have been booted from a vintage Home Alone doll, complete with subtle vampiric additions. Due to be touching down in the Healeymade store at some point this Friday, April 10th, be sure to keep a close eye on the artist’s Instagram feed here for the full lowdown on Quackula “Vol.4” later in the week…

MAN-E-NEWS// The 3D printed “Pizzanaut” action figures from Toy Pizza x Mechazone…

Whilst we rather impatiently wait for the arrival of Toy Pizza‘s Pizza Rangers following their hugely successful Kickstarter campaign back in February, the guys behind the seminal YouTube toy show have teamed up with none other than Mechazone for a project that should fill the gap perfectly… the incredible Pizzanauts! Closely based on the original Pizza Ranger designs, these mechanised iterations have been revised, digitally sculpted and individually 3D printed by Mechazone. Featuring a whopping total of 14 points of articulation – including Mechazone’s all-new ball joint found in the head – these 6.5″ tall figures have been produced in 3 different colorways; red, green and blue, each coming with a mix of black, silver and gold embellishments. Limited to just 15 pieces in each colorway, the Pizzanauts can currently be found in the Mechazone store right here for $65 each, or just $190 for the “Whole Pie”, a complete package featuring all 3 bots plus a bonus mini Mechanaut!

MAN-E-NEWS// The One-Up “14th Anniversary Ver.” Kai Gentleman from BLObPUS…

BLObPUS has revealed that he will be unleashing a new version of his collaboration with Hinomaru-Ya – the Kai Gentleman – as part of One-Up‘s 14th Anniversary celebrations this weekend! The second colorway of the figure to come in a mix of GID and clear soft vinyl, the 6″ tall piece has been treated to a mix of gold, white, silver and red sprays complete with GID brain insert and removable top hat. Likely to come in at around 5,500yen ($46) each, the One-Up anniversary exclusive Kai Gentlemen will be up for grabs at their Nakano-based store from Saturday, April 4th. Here’s hoping a few trickle onto their online store soon after!

Directly inspired by obscure 1977 action figure line “Starroid Raiders” from Tomland, the 9” tall Mach comes with an all-new body design this time around, coming cast in an authentic blue vinyl with masked yellow/black sprays and a black/white chest panel insert. “The Titan of Toxic Terror menaces the Earth once again! Quake in fear at the Molten Magma Fossilla…”

The guys over at Super7 are proud to reveal the first of many exclusives they’ll have up for grabs at Anaheim’s WonderCon this weekend, presenting the “Molten Magma” Fossilla! Designed and sculpted by S7’s Josh Herbolsheimer, the lumbering decaying dino has been cast in Lava-Red vinyl with glossy sprays of maroon, black, metallic purple and metallic blue. Up for grabs in limited numbers at the S7 booth (#1639) for an undisclosed sum, we presume that any leftovers will likely make an appearance in the Super7 store soon after…

MAN-E-NEWS// The “Joker” Gero and Tesaki omake from SLAVExONE x Unaffiliated SJ…

Adam T aka SLAVExONE has just revealed that he’ll have a new Joker-inspired Gero micro-run dropping soon! Produced in a lavender colored soft vinyl, treated to a mix of authentic white, red and yellow sprays and finished with a green dolls eye insert and neck tie, expect the super-limited run to make its way into the SLAVExONE store soon… But that’s not all! Teaming up with Unaffiliated SJ, Adam will also be offering up a special omake mini figure as part of the release! Dubbed “Tesaki”, the 2-part, yokai-inspired piece has been hand sculpted by Unaffiliated SJ, presumably coming cast in resin ahead of a soft vinyl release later in the year. Alex Gavryushenko over at New York-based apparel and toy brand Psycho Scimitar has just revealed that he has a number of releases lined up for the next 6-8 weeks, the first coming in the form of the awesome “Gorilla Fist Girl” wooden figure you see above! Easily the biggest creation from Alex to date, the eye-catching piece stands at a lofty 13″ tall, coming hand cut, screen printed and fitted with articulation in the monkey fist, left arm and gorilla foot. Initially available in a stunning blue/purple colorway with a single green/yellow chase, Gorilla Fist Girl can be found in limited quantities in the Psycho Scimitar store right here for just $60 plus shipping… Look out for details on the next release soon!

MAN-E-NEWS// The “Dokuro King” Krawluss from Mutant Vinyl Hardcore…

It’s taken almost a year and a half since it’s debut, but Mutant Vinyl Hardcore‘s collaborative figure with Skinner, the mighty Krawluss, has finally seen it’s first online lottery release directly through MVH! Dubbed the “Dokuro King” edition – a homage to the classic toy of the same name – the monstrous 13″ tall figure had been produced in a lavender colored soft vinyl this time, complete with grey sprays, black rub and red, metallic purple and silver detailing. Currently up for grabs via the usual lottery system on the MVH site right here, coming in at $200 plus shipping, close has been set at 11.59pm Eastern time tonight (4/1), so be sure to head on over and get your entry in quick!

MAN-E-NEWS// Monsterfoot Creations’ “Skullboy” sofubi Kickstarter now live…

After months on the drawing board, the debut sofubi from Canada-based toy artist Monsterfoot Creations – the awesome Skull Boy – is now looking to get funded via it’s very own Kickstarter campaign! Standing at around 8″ tall and coming with articulation in the head, arms and waste, the neo-kaiju style figure is due to come cast in a standard, unspecified colorway as well as a limited, Kickstarter exclusive GID. Currently up for grabs with a variety of different pledge tiers available – ranging from $60 for the basic figure, $75 for an additional “Super Battle” head, and $200 for a custom hand paint from a selection of top artists – Skullboy will be available through his dedicated campaign page right here until close on Friday, May 15th…

MAN-E-NEWS// DeathCat Toys’ GID “Elder Demons” revealed…

Despite the “Pink” and “Grey” keshi Elder Demons dropping in the very near future, creator Johan Ulrich over at DeathCat Toys has already lined up yet another batch in GID! Designed by Johan and sculpted by KtoKto, the 2.5″ tall Bikkuriman/Ma-Ba-style split torso minis – Oni Mira and the Red Pharoah – have once again been produced in a keshi-style flexible rubber courtesy of DuboseArt, this time in a super-bright glow-in-the-dark pigment. Touching down in the DeathCat Toys store for around $40 a set at some point in the near future, be sure to stay tuned for full release details soon…

Previewed here earlier in the month, we can now reveal release details for the Medicom Toy exclusive run of RESTORE‘s incredible “Oni-Sakura” NEO JAPAN sofubi! Featuring the standard NEO body with an all-new “demon” head sculpt, the 8” tall piece appears to be cast in an orange/red vinyl for this second release, coming with a tight mix of black, green, gold, blue and orange sprays that use all of the figure’s 33 paint masks to full-effect. Currently available via open preorder to Japanese customers through the Medicom Toy store until 30th April, overseas customers can find the figure at Rakuten right here for just $89.95 plus shipping…

The guys over at apparel brand Scumbags & Superstars have teamed up with paint master Joe Whiteford for a special micro-run of custom Skull Chiefs! Standing at around 4″ tall (a little larger than a baseball), the limited batch of 4 mascot “head” figures have been produced in Japanese soft vinyl, each coming with their own unique paint app courtesy of Joe; 2 featuring a traditional Native American-inspired pallet, and another 2 – our personal faves – decked out to resemble Return of the Living Dead 2’s Tarman and the They Live alien. UPDATE// Wasting no time since our post yesterday afternoon, Joe has already set about working on yet another 3 Skull Chiefs, bringing the total of the run up to 7! Featuring another rendition of the “They Live” formaldehyde face, the other 2 have been treated to a bleeding skull design alongside a hockey mask-wearing rendition of Friday 13th’s Jason Vorhees.
