Daniel Smith aka turboPISTOLA is proud to present his first run of Ion Men customs! Utilising his sleek clear black artist proof colourway, a total of 12 unique builds have been created for the release, with the 5″ tall sofubi ‘bots coming with a number of different finishes including beautiful sprayed fades, contrasting rubs and tight hand painted detailing. But that’s not all! On top of the awesome paint work, a number of the figures have also been fitted with switched LED units! Easily turned on and off with a little press of the pelvis, the mixed colour lights have been fitted to the end of the arms for an uber-cool laser effect. Scraped Resin has joined forces with Oakland’s most intoxicated pro-wrestling/performance-art spectacle, HOODSLAM! A whole series of resin bootleg figures based off Hoodslam’s f’ed-up cast of psychotic wrestlers is planned, kicking off at Hoodslam’s December show: The Non Denominational Winter Season Celebrational Festivity…of Doom….. Dos! The first bootleg, kitbashed from a variety of 90’s action figures, will be The Dark Sheik. Coming in an edition of 8, with both ‘flesh’ and ‘black’ colourways chosen based on fan votes at Hoodslams FB page, these 3.75″ figures are due to come bagged with a custom Hoodslam header for $20 each as part of Scraped Resin’s Gram Slammers: Twenty Sack Wrestlers series. Due to touch down at the show this Saturday, December 7th, any remaining pieces will be headed to the Hoodslam store soon after. Whilst we won’t pretend to know much about Amapro outside of their work with Grumble Toys, their latest release, Goseimaju, is just too crazy to ignore… From what we can gather, the series appears to consist of a variety of different custom one-off configurations, with the soft vinyl figures featuring chest busting heads, grafted bodies and winged apes that would leave even the most dubious of animal testers feeling squeamish! Releasing at the Doki Doki Osaka Sofubi Event last weekend in a Frankenruge-inspired mix of metallic green, blue and purple sprays on pink vinyl, the remaining 2 pieces, 13Go and 26Go (pictured), are currently up for grabs through forwarding service M-World for 7,800yen (approx. $80) and 8,800yen (approx. $90) respectively. Back by popular demand, Adam Saul of Cop A Squat Toys is proud to present the latest edition of his popular ¡Viva Occult! NapNapNap resin figure! A loving tribute to Shigeru’s 4 Eyed Nag, the hand sculpt and produced piece has been cast in a crystal clear resin this time around- with a hand painted circulatory system insert embedded inside! Coloured in a mix of clear GID blue and purple sprays with a clear coat finish, the batch of 15 figures (TBC) will be touching down in the C.A.S.T store at some point later this week. As if his growing army of still-to-be-released figures weren’t enough, Mutant Vinyl Hardcore‘s Rich Montanari Jr has just revealed that he will be teaming up with Brandt Peters and Circus Posterus for a new version of the Stingy Jack sofubi! Still in the early stages, the new head sculpt is set to take the figure into an altogether more creepy realm (how could we expect anything less?!), so far featuring 2 pairs of eyes, a devil goatee and a Joker-esque grin. Said to be only around 20% complete at present, we’ll be keeping a close eye on the figure as it develops over the coming months… But what about that DX lurking in the background?! Wildly different from the original pumpkin headed Stingy Jack, we can’t help but wonder if he’ll be featuring as part of the project in some form or another too- we guess only time will tell…

Teased here last month, Nama Niku has just revealed that the Gargamel exclusive Poo Shine ‘V2’ will be touching down in the Mitari store this Friday, December 6th! An ingenious kitbash that turns the original Sunshine Kinnikuman into a micro “chibi” size, the figure is set to come with the original’s 4 interchangeable heads; Moon Shine, Samurai Shine, Giza Shine and the namesake’s custom sculpted Poo Shine. Hand cast by Eric Nilla in a number of one-off, solid colourways exclusive to the release (previous editions had been mixed part only), the rubber figures are set to come packed in an authentic 70′s style capsule with insert for just 1,050yen (approx. $10) plus shipping. It’s been an age since the last MOTUKO release, so it came with great pleasure today to find that Lamour Supreme has revealed an all-new colourway for the ever popular sofubi! Designed by the artist and sculpted/produced by Shamrock Arrow, the ultimate homage to He-Man knock-offs has been produced in a blood red and ivory mixed part vinyl this time around, complete with the standard 6 points of articulation. MAN-E-NEWS// The End of Man and the Preserver Bird from Sergey Safonov…
Hot off the heals of his recent solo show “After Dark”, Sergey Safonov is proud to announce the release of not one, but two all-new porcelain figures! First up we have the concluding part of the Godot project- The End of the Man… Originally making appearances as a boy and an ageing adult, this final piece bids a fond farewell to the series, with the mini beaked skull coming cast in a beautiful unglazed white bisque porcelain. Available in limited quantities, the figure can be found on the artist’s store right here for $40 shipped.

Toy Art Gallery are proud to announce that they’ve teamed up with legendary toy designer Tim Clarke for the release of their latest self produced soft vinyl figure, the TOTIMS! A personal idol of ours as the co-creator of both Sectaurs (Coleco) and Boglins (Mattel) in the 1980’s, Clarke has translated his iconic “gross-out” style perfectly for this release, with the 8″ tall totem-style figure coming with a total of 4 interchangeable sections that can be fitted together or capped for display on their own! Cast in a hot pink vinyl for the debut release, the Japan produced TOTIMS will be touching down in the TAG store this Wednesday, December 4th at 12pm PST for an undisclosed sum… Here’s hoping we see a fully painted version soon!

In a similar vein to the previously posted Cyborg sale from The Mark Ultra, Healeymade will be releasing two new resin figures in what he’s dubbed Cyberdyne Monday! First up we have the return of Zabka in a sleek “Terminate” colourway. Cast in a glossy black resin with silver and red hand painted detailing, these skeleton-come-cyborg warriors have been limited to an edition of 4 this time around, priced at just $80 each with shipping included… Joining the Zabkas, Healey has also resurrected his Deka Sunshine bootleg for a special Cybershine colourway. Standing at around 4″ tall, the hand cast resin figure has been hand painted in solid silver, complete with embedded blue jewels in both the chest and forehead.
