MAN-E-NEWS// Grody Shogun’s Sucklord sofubi wax proto for Super Suck-Up 2…

grody suck

Yep, we know we already posted the above images in our reveal of the the Super Suck-Up 2 show last week, but with a little help from Dov over at DKE Toys, we’ve been able to shed some light on the curious looking wax proto… Created by none other than Luke Rook aka Grody Shogun, the artist rather unsurprisingly opted out of producing a standard custom bootleg, choosing to work on an all-new Sucklord sofubi micro instead! Due to come packaged in the same backer card format as the other figures, we’re expecting the edition to run anywhere between 30-50 pieces- with hopefully at least a handful making it online after the event! Be sure to stay tuned for a full reveal over the coming days…

UPDATE// Recently posted on the DKE Toys Flickr stream, we can now confirm by the above backer art that the figure will be called the “Suck Sensei!” Pictures of the final figure are still to be revealed, but you can bet as soon as we hear anything, you guys will be the first to know…
