Following last week’s teaser, Lulubell are proud to reveal their exclusive of Devilboy’s Alavaka in full… presenting the Black 5! Limited to just 5 pieces, Lulubell’s offering has been cast in black soft vinyl with black rub, coming complete with a black bead mala and 5 red centre beads to signify the brotherhood. Featuring 2 high priests (chases) that have crazed red crystal eyes, rough sewn headbands and blood splattered mouths, the remaining 3 have been given flat black and shimmering black crystal eyes. Packaged with their very own prayer mat, the Black 5 will be touching down in the Lulubell store on Saturday, August 10th at 3.33pm EST for just $60 each…

MAN-E-NEWS// The official Healeymade x Martinez “Machete” resin figures revealed…

Originally teased here earlier in the week, we can finally reveal the full line up of Machete figures that’ll be making an official appearance at Chicago’s Wizard World con this weekend! Sculpted by Mitch Martinez and produced by Healeymade, the extremely limited figure will be available in a number of different colourways, and more importantly, will be joined by a previously unrevealed sculpt- Lindsey Lohan’s character from the first film, April Booth! Due to go on sale at the Geek Room booth later today, Healeymade has stated that any leftovers will be heading online soon after… Don’t fancy your chances? Then the richer amongst you may be glad to know that Geek Room are currently selling the original prototypes for each colourway on eBay right here– at $1400 a piece though!

MAN-E-NEWS// New one-off customs for the Radioactive Uppercut “8-Ball” Kickstarter campaign revealed…

With just 2 weeks (and 27% funding!) left until the end of the 8-Ball Kickstarter campaign (extensively covered here), Radioactive Uppercut‘s John Santagada is proud to present not 1, not 2, but a staggering 11 new one-off resin customs to be added as incentives starting from tomorrow, August 9th at 8pm EST! Featuring the return of Motorbot and DuBose Art & Design, the pair have been joined by Monster Island, Johan Ulrich, Manny X, Tim Stephson, Blurble One, SeriouslySillyK, Tony Simione, and 8-Ball’s original fabricator, ERA Sculpture. Better pics, pricing and info on the various pieces can be found on the campaign page right here, although we will impart one piece of advice before you head over- the original 13 customs sold out within a matter of minutes, so if you’re looking to bag one from the second round you’re going to need the F5 skills of a ninja… Still haven’t bagged either the DIY or OG painted sofubi versions of the figure yet? Then you’ll be glad to know that both are still up for grabs until the end of the campaign (August 24th) for just $35 and $55 respectively.

Originally teased here back in June, Chris Alexander of Creo Design has finally taken time out from his busy schedule of collaborative projects to release his first ever resin figure of his own design, the gruesome Tooth Decay… Measuring a whopping 7″ high and 5″ wide, the impressive piece is due to come cast solid in Creo’s own unique blend of resin, with adoptees being able to choose from over 250 custom colours for the main body and 40 for the individual teeth! Dropping in the Creo store this Saturday, August 9th at 12pm GMT, Chris will be offering up Tooth Decay for an introductory price of $160 shipped until September 9th, after which shipping charges will occur and the price will increase to $195… Better get in quick!

MAN-E-NEWS// The Toy Art Gallery exclusive Masked Uamous…

Joining the previously featured Alavaka Satan King this Friday, August 8th, Toy Art Gallery come with yet another exclusive release… the Masked Uamous! Featuring a meticulously hand-crafted copper mask on glittery lamé soft vinyl, Uamou’s signature horned character will be available in the standard 4″ design as well as the highly sought after 7″ Real Uamou. Priced at $50 and $200 respectively, the one of a kind pieces will be touching down in the TAG store at an undisclosed time… Talking of the Alavakas, TAG have confirmed that these have been cast in a white vinyl with red, black and gold sprays in a tribute to the Satan King. Sitting at around 5″ tall, the figure comes complete with randomly assorted inset crystal eyes plus a mysterious rope-bound scroll for just $60 plus shipping…

New York’s king of resin, the one and only Healeymade, is proud to reveal that he’s secured a licence to produce an official Machete figure! To coincide with the imminent release of Robert Rodriguez’s sequel, Machete Kills, the absolutely stunning 3.75″ interpretation of Danny Trejo’s blade wielding character has been sculpted by Mitch Martinez, coming cast by Healeymade in a clear blood red resin. Set for an exclusive one-off release at Chicago’s Wizard World Con this weekend, we suggest keeping a close eye on the Healeymade Instagram feed here for further details over the coming days…

MAN-E-NEWS// The GID DieBot resin figures from Mike Die…

Originally teased here way back in March, Mike Die‘s awesome debut resin figure, the DieBot, has finally seen an official release! Debuting at SDCC last month in limited quantities, this initial run has been cast in a GID resin, with each of the 3″ tall ‘bots adorned with Die’s instantly recognisable mix of super-tight lines, quirky, futuristic embellishments and meticulous, detail hugging washes. Available in the Mike Die store right here, the first pair out of the blocks have been priced at a very reasonable $55 plus shipping… Expect more to follow soon!

MAN-E-NEWS// Plaseebo’s Slugaphant for FOE’s “Creatures” show…

Joining the previously revealed Android, Night Gamer and Skulloctopus customs, Bob Conge aka Plaseebo kindly shares details of the latest piece to be revealed for FOE’s upcoming “Creatures” group show… the Slugaphant! A one of a kind mash-up featuring Paul Kaiju’s Boss Carrion and the Plaseebo Slug body, the clear cast soft vinyl/resin mash-up features a head filled with brain junk floating in clear liquid and a body with a mounted, switched colour changing LED unit for navigating those dark nights on the strip… To be joined by a number of other pieces from Conge, plus works from BLObPUS, Yamomark, GUUMON and Hanawa, Slugaphant will be up for grabs at the show’s opening next Friday, August 9th from 6pm onwards… Stay tuned for more reveals later this week!

MAN-E-NEWS// UME Toys’ ScamWave test pull revealed…

Originally teased here last week, Richard Page over at UME Toys has just revealed the first test-pull of ScamWave… and it’s EPIC! A re-make of Rich’s incredible one-off Soundwave sculpt created last year (check him out here), the new version features a tighter, chunkier design than it’s predecessor, standing at around 7.5″ tall and now coming with a whopping 9 points of articulation. To be painted up in the familiar weathered navy blue and silver of the original, we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for a full reveal plus those all important release details later in the week… Keep track of the UME Instagram feed here for further developments as they happen!

Avant garde resin whizzkid Patient No. 6 delivers yet again with his latest masterpiece, simply titled “BOY”… Standing at an impressive 9” tall, the figure, based on a photograph of the artist as a young boy, has been sculpted in the same loose but charming style we’ve all come to know and love. Complete with rabbit suit, a single shoe and a rather angry looking face, BOY has been painted in a stunning mix of flat grey, black, red and white tones that really play to the figure’s minimal style. Limited to just 17 pieces, BOY can be found in the Patient No. 6 store right now for just $66 plus shipping.

MAN-E-NEWS// NiStuff’s Theta and NV Outlander Glyos drop tonight (08/05)…

Debuting last month to huge fanfare, NiStuff‘s Outlander Glyos figures are back once more for another huge drop! This time around featuring the standard helmeted Theta figure alongside arch nemesis NV, the pair will be available in mixed purple and black parts (a whopping 18 in total!), alongside a strictly limited batch of clear pink airbrushed customs. To be joined by a slew of other Glyos mash-ups, all of which can be previewed on the 481 Universe blog right here, the most interesting have got to be the Alpha assembly line- a batch of 20 Doctor Outlanders painted in an awesome pseudo-production style! Touching down in the 481 Universe store today (August 5th) at 9pm EST, we suggest interested parties act quick to avoid disappointment- these guys most certainly won’t be around for long…

The mighty BLObPUS turns his hand to yet more Paul Kaiju sofubi, proudly presenting the beautiful pair of Vertebratas you see above! Receiving stunning all-over metallic sprays in artist’s unmistakable style, the 9″ tall stunners are being offered up via lottery through the BLObPUS blog right here. Priced at 25,000yen each (approx. $253), interested parties are going to need to fire over an e-mail to shopping@blobpus.jp with their specified custom (either A or B), plus name, address, telephone number and PayPal address ASAP… But that’s not all! On top of the Vertebratas, BLObPUS is also offering up another 4 incredible one-off customs. After an agonising wait since we first revealed The Brute Squad back in June, Nama Niku‘s ingenious kinkeshi kit-bash is finally seeing the light of day courtesy of Eric Nilla! The latest mutant to join the ever growing Namakeshi family, the 2 headed beast is due to be released alongside an even more tantalising prospect… a chibi version of Manzilla! Unfortunately news on release specifics are still pretty thin on the ground at the moment, but we’re guessing the pair will be available in the Nilla store at some point in the near future. Joining the previously featured custom Android, Bob Conge aka Plaseebo comes with his latest 2 pieces for FOE‘s upcoming “Creatures” show! First up we have the Isotope Night Gamer… The latest iteration of Conge’s bulb headed sofubi, the teal cast soft vinyl figure has been modified with 5 colour changing motion activated LED units, dolls eye inserts and a purple worm tongue. Finished with a number of contrasting sprays, the stunning piece has been limited to just one… Sitting alongside the Night Gamer, Conge will also be offering up the latest Skulloctopus from Outer Space. Another one-off piece, the clear cast soft vinyl figure has been adorned with a mix of metallic blue and pink sprays, coming filled with space debris floating in asteroid slime and an internal motion activated LED unit. Whilst we’ve unfortunately had to forgo regular posting today as we prepare for the launch of the big August Made 2 Order sale, we have decided to share with you guys this… the highly sought after Octo Egg incentive figure! Recast from the original super-rare Bad Eggz Bunch mini, the little rubber guy will be available completely free of charge to anyone who makes an order over $50 (not including shipping) throughout the month long promotion. You guys may have read about it elsewhere already, but today we bring you the official lowdown on our huge August “Made 2 Order” sale! With most of our Disarticulator figures only seeing releases as limited exclusives, we’ve decided to offer them all up one last time in a whole slew of unreleased colours…

Featuring fan favourite, the Critter, alongside Kesh-E-Face, Higekami, and for the first time, the whole of the Tiny Terrors series as singles, the motley crew will also be joined by the general release of both Wave 1 & 2 of the Disarticulator x Ironhaus Pro H.O.R.D.E mini series. Up for grabs starting this Friday, August 2nd at 9pm London time over at the Man-E-Toys store, pre-orders will be running right through until the end of August. Pricing options won’t be revealed on the store until early tomorrow, but we can confirm that a number of figures will be receiving cheaper “bagged and headed” options for those looking to get more mini figure for their money!

With their latest Creep Show inspired figure, Jordy Verrill, going on to sell out in a matter of minutes last week, Retroband has wasted no time in preparing a follow-up! Again based on the iconic “Weeds” story (more commonly known as The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verrill), the custom bootleg this time around depicts Jordy in the final stages of his infection, coming complete with moss covered body, shotgun accessory and a blown head! Double-blister packed with the same incredible backer design as the original, the figure will be touching down in the Retroband store on Saturday, August 10th. Following the reveal of Deathmatch earlier in the week, Nama Niku is proud to reveal that his other 3-way mega collaboration, the highly anticipated Meatgrinder, has just received an early general release on the Nilla store! Designed and sculpted by Ironhaus Pro‘s Jimmy Rommel based on Nama’s infamous meatgrinder head, the figure has been cast by Eric Nilla in a store exclusive “Flesh” keshi-style rubber. Limited to an initial round of just 6 pieces, each complete with removable title belt, Meatgrinder can be found right here for just $20 plus shipping…
