We Kill You are proud to reveal that they’ve been working on yet another awesome resin collaboration, this time around with indie boutique Cry Wolf Clothing. Provisionally titled “Wolfboy” (or Wolfe), the adorable Sendak inspired figure looks to be coming in two initial colourways, clear amber and crystal (we’re guessing to be sold separately on the WKY/CWC stores), presumably with hand-painted detailing along similar lines to past WKY releases. No word as of yet with regards to pricing or release dates, so be sure to stay locked on the WKY site for more information soon…

MAN-E-NEWS// The Tarantulas x Fig-Lab Cybblers teaser…

It appears that The Tarantulas and Fig-Lab‘s long awaited collaboration is finally seeing the light of day, with the final reveal of the Cybblers over at the Chipfork Afro Comb blog yesterday. Pictured here in two different colourways (we’re guessing the black edition is the rarer of the two), the latest additions to the Nibbler family feature a similar body to last year’s Dalek inspired Future design, whilst coming with an all-new cyber-styled head. Due to make their debut at Wonder Festival Summer 2012 at the end of this month (July 29th), we’re keeping our fingers and toes crossed that they make an appearance on the newly refurbished Tarantulas store soon…

MAN-E-NEWS// The “Gizmo” and “Beastman” custom Digglers from D-Lux…

Sifting through the stack of awesome work kaiju customiser D-Lux has posted recently, we came across two pieces we just had to share… the custom “Beastman” and “Gizmo” Digglers! As lovers of both 80’s popular culture and the amazing sculpting talents of Splurrt, these customs are easily two of our most desired pieces this year… Coming in a super-tight selection of Monster Kolor sprays that are completely faithful to both MOTU and Gremlins source material, unlike many similar pieces, both are instantly recognisable as the characters they portray! Unfortunately we have no news as to whether these will be available to buy, so your best bet is to contact D-Lux through his site here with any enquiries…

MAN-E-NEWS// Eric Nilla’s custom GPK Cheap Toys Series 2 (update)…

MAN-E-NEWS// The Playlounge Exclusive “Flesh Tone” Bitsmo from Rawrs…

Following the sell-out success of the original black/grey colourway, Rawrs have once again teamed up with UK designer toy boutique Playlounge for the release of the “Flesh Tone” Bitsmos. Featuring not one, but two new designs (either brown or pink), the super-sleek resin figures come complete with corresponding purple and orange hand-tied mawashis. No news with regards to edition size or pricing, but our guess is they’ll be available in the London based store soon for around £65 each…

MAN-E-NEWS// Ric Flair B.U.F.F mini figure from Muscle Things…

As promised at the end of last week in our reveal of Babyzilla, we bring you the second new manager to feature in Muscle Things‘ wrestling inspired B.U.F.F series, TNA’s very own Ric Flair! Featuring the same receding mullet and sharp suit as the ageing wrestling star’s current appearance, the M.U.S.C.L.E custom has been kit-bashed and re-sculpted by Little Rubber Guys‘ Halfaway (tbc), whilst casting duties have once again been left in the very capable hands of Alec from Muscle Things. No specific details with regards to a release date, but you can expect him, along with Babyzilla, in the Muscle Things store soon for just $21 plus shipping…

MAN-E-NEWS// The Dominant Species “Veteran” custom from Hoakser…

It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything from Hoakser with regards to the Dominant Species line, so it came with great pleasure this morning to find the latest member nestled in our inbox! Entitled “The Veteran”, the stunning figure has been kit-bashed, re-sculpted, burnt, painted, weathered and wired to form one of our favourite entries into the series yet. Unlike previous releases, “The Veteran” was originally an over-sized Gears of War figure, meaning this guy packs a whopping 11 points of articulation, shotgun/pouch accessories, plus a well-balanced, quality build. Due to land on his store soon for just £49 plus shipping, Hoakser has stated that the remaining unsold Dominant Species will also be available for a reduced price of £30-£40…

Ahead of the upcoming “Smoke Grey” release (find out more here), Tom over at Blackgard is proud to present his latest one-off Ironheart custom, Drekhart. Created from various Ironheart and Killgor parts, with a hand sculpted helmet and pauldrons, cloth cape and twin-battle-axes, the stunning figure even comes packaged in a gorgeous custom built hand-painted box. Unfortunately, we have no details on pricing, so if you’re interested in finding out a little more about the piece, contact Tom directly at tom@blackgard.com. Stay locked for more info on the previously mentioned “Smoke Grey” Ironheart soon…

MAN-E-NEWS// Custom Salvation and Rebel Inks from JC Rivera…

Swiftly following the awesome Dante’s Inferno inspired Dunny we featured at the weekend, Chicago based artist JC Rivera proudly presents his latest two customs, entitled “Create” and “Pain”. Using Secret Base’s Salvation and Rebel Ink sofubis, Rivera has gone for a Neo-Traditional approach to the paint work on these guys, infusing a mixture of “Day of the Dead” styled skulls and pattern work with old school tattoo flash. As always, JC has also managed to work his sculpting magic, with the subtle addition of horns and “Bearlee” styled boxing gloves on the “Pain” Rebel Ink and a skull base for the “Create” Salvation Ink really helping to make these gorgeous pieces pop… Unfortunately these guys were created for a private commission, so if you’re looking to score a similar piece, your best bet is to contact Rivera through his site here.

MAN-E-NEWS// The Galaxy Frankenstein Mini Bust and Micro Skellichub from We Become Monsters…

“A 2 inch bust of the nefarious space adventurer, GALAXY FRANKENSTEIN. Floating through space for eons, patching his trusty space suit and his own flesh with parts from his fallen foes – who knows when the true Galaxy Frankenstein will again be seen? In the meantime, a small and savage tribe of nearly microscopic Skelechubs have come to worship him.”

As promised yesterday, we bring you the full lowdown on We Become Monsters‘ latest release, the Galaxy Frankenstein Mini Busts! Originally created for the Toy Invaderz Show, the classically sculpted Universal-style monster has since been shrunk down using a material known as Hydroshrink, and recast in a pocket-sized 2″ scale. Coming packaged with a Micro-Skelechub worshipper (created using a similar process), the edition of 24 sets have been hand cast in a variety of different opaque, clear and GID tints. Available for just $12 plus shipping from the We Become Monsters store, each purchase will include entry into a draw to win a fully painted 1/4 scale bust (winners will be notified upon the series selling out, or failing that, October 31st)…

MAN-E-NEWS// He From Beyond: Shub Zeroth prototype from Hateball x Brian Ewing…

“Shub Zeroth exists outside of time: he is neither old nor young. The infinity of his infiniteness is quite finite, as he is becoming something more (and at the same time less) than whatever he was when he started out as whatever he is. Whatever he was. His menace belies his nature…in that he is entirely unnatural.

He is a celebration of the un-.”

Long time collector Justin Jewett aka Hateball has teamed up with artist Brian Ewing for the release of his debut kaiju, Shub Zeroth. Designed by the duo, sculpted by Siccaluna Koubo and produced by Luke and Ricki (Grody Shogun and Velocitron), the Lovecraft inspired multi-eyed, devil goat-cross-cthulhu received it’s first public debut at SDCC this weekend in resin prototype form (pics below courtesy of SpankyStokes). No news on an exact release date for this awesome piece, but Justin and Brian have set up a site here where you can sign-up for regular updates…
