Legendary neo-kaiju artist Bob Conge aka Plaseebo has joined forces with Monster Love for the latest iteration of the popular ‘Legend of Plaseebo’ Mummy. Taking inspiration from the Mexican company’s Bacteria vinyl toy, ‘Infected Mummy’ sits at 6″ tall, is cast in GID vinyl, and comes with motion activated LEDs in the head. Priced at $200 each, only 5 of these hand made and painted figures have been produced- any one interested in grabbing one should e-mail Plaseebo directly before February 8th to be entered into the obligatory lottery.
MAN-E-FEATURE// Exclusive interview with Skin Deep creator, Scott Wilkowski…
(photo taken from Scott’s personal artist proofs)
Gaining notoriety for his breathtaking clear skeletal style of (official!) bootlegging, Scott Wilkowski‘s career in art toys has lead numerous successful projects, including the hand sculpt and casted Green Death robot, the Bud and Yoka custom series, Lulubell’s Creature Feature, and most recently, the Skin Deep show.
Debuting at last year’s Designer Con, Skin Deep’s collection of 6 re-castings of iconic art toys have since become some of the most sought after pieces on the planet. We managed to catch up with Scott ahead of the third and final leg of the Skin Deep tour over at Portland’s Screaming Sky Gallery to find out about his influences, his plans for the future, and of course, that ‘infected’ bootleg style…
(photo taken from Scott’s personal artist proofs)
What first got you into the art toy scene and toys in general?
I’ve really had a life long fascination with toys. I have a feeling that I thought about and played with toys a bit differently than other kids in my neighborhood. Wild characters and costumes, fine details all spoke to me from birth on. As soon as I graduated with my Industrial Design degree in 99, I started my professional path of sculpting.
Do you have any fond memories of a particular toy when you were growing up?
I loved my Han Solo Hold-Out Blaster. I was so excited to bring it to Kindergarten Show & Tell only to have it taken away first thing in the morning because weapons weren’t allowed! I still remember my 5 year old self being so bummed out by that.
You’ve worked alongside the likes of the legendary Brian Flynn (of Super 7) in your career as toy sculptor/creator. Are there any artists in particular that have inspired you in your work, and is there anyone you would like to collaborate with in the future?
I think Art and Life is one long haul. I really like seeing artists amass a life’s body of work and the changes that happen along the way. Successful or not, it’s all inspirational to me.
There are new collaborations on the horizon! This kind of work is really important to me. Spending a decade working alone in the studio has kind of isolated me from society. So when given the opportunity to work with another artist to create something new, I’m all for it!
Your Skin Deep ‘infected’ bootlegs have propelled your work to the forefront of the art toy scene, what gave you the idea to initially create them?
There was an open invite from DKE for the Yoka show. I always wondered what it would look like to cast something inside of another and if I could pull it off. Since the Yoka is a bear, I was doing a bit of research on bear skeletons. I found very interesting sites about Cave Bear worship. In the Drachenloch caves, discoveries of Cave Bear skulls arranged by Neanderthals are thought to be man’s earliest form of worship. The ideas of worship and artefacts are what the first Yoka was about. This concept is my jumping off point for all of the infected figures. All of these skeletons I make are deformed. They are forced to live in a body they might not really belong to.
We most likely all have alters’ to our toys. I’m not talking about any kind of religion, but we do treat these objects with respect and have special places in our homes for them. There is great tradition in artifacts of worship. I’m curious what future societies will think of the Art Toys that are made and treasured today.
(photo taken from Scott’s personal artist proofs)
Since the bottom of the industry fell out a few years ago, more designers/sculptors have been casting and releasing work independently. How can you see the future panning out?
I think it’s great that people can make whatever they want and there is an audience for their work. There is something very fulfilling about doing it yourself. It’s difficult for many reasons and amazing that individuals still are going for it!
As for the future…I’m just trying to get through the day! hahaha
Do you think we’ll ever see the huge production houses rise again, or is the more personal nature of handmade, strictly limited art toys a healthier option for the ultimately niche industry?
Some things will grow for sure. I think there is a rhythm to life and to production. Some things happen at the right time and some things don’t. You just have to do the best you can. The niche industry will support what it can, big or small.
What plans do you have for the future? Are there anymore ‘infected’ bootlegs to come? And will you be working on any new original toys? We loved your Green Death figures, so would love to see an extension of the range…
Yes, there will be new Infected bootlegs. I have many ideas for new original toys. I need to squeeze more from my day! Brian Ralph and I are working on more little resin robots. One destroying everything in it’s path soon!
Any final words?
Thanks!!

MAN-E-FEATURE// The custom toys of Adam Pratt…
Art toy creator/customiser and close friend of MAN-E-TOYS, Adam Pratt, has been hard at work on countless projects since we last delved into his work, and with a major announcement coming soon (more exclusively at MAN-E-TOYS on Monday!), we thought it was about time to get a recap on some of his latest work…
We first found out about Adam’s beautiful custom work through a feature we did on Ted Terranova’s Rivet Wars some time ago, so we were more than happy to find that he’d been at the war paint once again! Based on a Fisher Price peg car of all things, Adam’s Grunt Jeep is one of our favourite RW customs yet, replacing garish neon colourings with expertly weathered greens, dusty yellows, and metallic blacks- quite simply stunning! Not sure if Adam has already had a buyer on this one, but we’ll keep you informed if it (or another!) is ever made available.
Adam has finished his first round of customs from the newly released OMFG! Series from October Toys, which are due to be released exclusively through the University of MUSCLE store sometime soon. We’ve commissioned a set of the amazing figures ourselves, so we’ll be bringing some more in-depth coverage on the customs as soon as they arrive on our doorstep- can’t wait!
One toy we’ve (obviously!) wanted to see customised for quite some time is MOTU’s Man-E-Faces, so it came with great pleasure this week to find out that Adam had just finished a version himself! Part of a huge project that will be exclusively revealed right here on Monday, Man-E-Faces was taken apart by Adam piece by piece, re-painted in a sinister magenta/flesh/metal colour scheme, and painstakingly re-built to form the most insanely detailed customs in the history of MOTU! With more like this in the pipeline, 2012 is going to be an expensive year for Adam’s legion of fans…
IMPORTANT UPDATE: SPECIAL PROMOTION!//
Adam has revealed that he will be running a special promotion through the weekend. Starting from 12 noon (EST) today, anyone interested in supporting Adam will be able to donate $5 towards future projects through a Paypal button on his site– but wait, this isn’t just for the selflessly kind, Adam will be sending a mini-figure to everyone who gets involved! There’s no limit to donations as well, so the more you give, the more you will receive! On top of all this, Adam will also be offering a custom painted figure to the 125th supporter, plus another lucky fan chosen at random. Be sure to head over to the site quick, because the promotion will be ending at midnight in Monday!
MAN-E-UPDATE// Michael Skattum’s Human Slayer resin toy from Papagrim…
Featured in our toy round-up last week, new images of the upcoming Human Slayer resin figure from Papagrim Toys have surfaced. Based on the 9-Eyed Human Slayer (pictured below) created by illustrator Michael Skattum, the 5″ clear green figure was sculpted and casted by Steve Patt of Papagrim. Now in the final stages of production, Steve has begun a few test sprays, with the results of the first pictured above. It’s important to note that Michael will be painting the initial run of figures, so it’s likely that the end results will wildly differ (here’s hoping not too much, Steve’s mix of spray and brushwork looks pretty special!).
The figures are available to pre-order through Michael’s shop now, retailing at $80 a piece plus shipping.
MAN-E-NEWS// Robobees Series 3 from Lunabee x Cris Rose…
Announced by Lunabee yesterday comes the third series of her collaboration with Cris Rose, the Robobees. Hand cast by Rose and painted by Lunabee, the Sprog-like bees are set to drop on the Lunabee shop sometime next week. Featuring six one-off designs, the 3″ resin figures should retail on the Lunabee store for around $80 each plus shipping. Be sure to follow Lunabee’s twitter feed over the coming days to be in with a chance of grabbing one of these, the first two series vanished within minutes!
(Please note, all photos have been taken from the initial Robobee and Robobee series 2.)
MAN-E-TOYS// Autumn Zukie World from Alison Perez…
Alison Perez brings the world of Zukie to life once more, with her latest mini series, the Autumn Zukie’s. Limited to an edition of 4 (egg shell yellow, orange, yellow, pastel green), each hand sculpted Zookie comes with it’s own 3″x3″x3″ autumnal diorama, safely enclosed in a clear acrylic display box. Priced at $60 each plus shipping, the hand signed figures are available exclusively through Alison’s store now.
MAN-E-NEWS// 1/12 Action Portable Popbots from ThreeA Toys…
Announced through this week’s 3AVOX, the 1/12th scale Action Portable Popbots have finally seen resident sale through Bambaland. As from today (February 3rd), four single carded edition’s and the exclusive 3AA 4Way box set are available to purchase for $55 and $180 respectively (prices include shipping). Featuring all new box and card art, each Popbot also comes with it’s own kitty bag – just like the ones created for their bigger 1/6th brothers!
Alongside the standard edition Popbot’s, Bambaland will also be releasing limited supplies of the exclusive Whisper Ghost GID Popbot. Also available as single carded figures and a 4Way box set, 3AA members will be given priority for the first 24 hours, at which point the toys will be made available to the public through the Bambaland store. Pricing hasn’t been confirmed, but we’re guessing the GID Action Portables will retail close to the standard editions.
MAN-E-NEWS// The Dominant Species Part4: ‘Unknown’ from Hoakser…
Hot off the heels of last weeks reveal of Polkadot, Hoakser brings the latest addition to the Dominant Species in the form of ‘Unknown”. Differing from his pant wearing sidekicks, the 16cm tall custom wrestling figure has been spared his dignity, sporting a sweet t-shirt and shorts combo instead. Burned, brushed and sprayed to perfection, Unknown (alongside “Union Jack”, “Whyfront?” and “Pokadot”) is currently available in the Hoakser store for £69.99 plus shipping. Anyone purchasing the figure will also be treated to an original customised sketch, plus certificate of authenticity…
MAN-E-FEATURE// The custom round-up…
Whilst we endeavour to cover all of the latest production and self-made projects the art toy movement has to offer, one of the most important aspects of the scene is often neglected- custom toys. In our new weekly feature, we’ll be rounding up the best custom pieces the scene has to offer, including further links to featured artist’s work, availability, and pricing…
To kick our second week off, we be delving into the latest work from Jon Paul Kaiser, Carson Catlin, J*RYU and Zukaty to name but a few… Hope you enjoy!
Dragon Boy custom from J*RYU
As Dragatomi‘s ‘Year of the Dragon’ show looms ever closer (opening February 11th), we’re finally starting to get a look at some of the pieces that will feature, with J*RYU‘s entry, the Dragon Boy (WIP) our favourite yet. Based on the iconic Sam Flores x The Loyal Subject figure, J*RYU has re-sculpted the beautifully detailed head dress, finishing the custom with a bronze metal style colour scheme. Full reveal coming soon…
Riker’s Island Death Row Inmates from JC Rivera
The latest 3″ custom Dunny series from JC Rivera dropped this week in the form of the ‘Riker’s Island Death Row Inmates’. Limited to an edition of just 5, the hand sculpted and painted thugs are available to purchase at Tenacious Toys, priced between $40 and $75 (plus shipping) depending on the level of modification.
Inmates backstory-
“… and so, as punishment for your heinous crimes, I hereby sentence each of you to death by lethal injection. You are remanded to Death Row on Riker’s Island to await your executions. Court adjourned.”
With the pounding of Judge Gerety’s gavel against his desk, the fates of the five criminals were sealed. The prosecuting attorney and the D.A. shook hands as the Inmates were led away in shackles through a door in the front of the courtroom. Reporters screamed a cacophony of questions and flashbulbs went off like strobe lights as the Inmates stepped into the beat-up, white DOC van. The short ride over the bridge to Riker’s Island would be the longest ride of their lives. It was over.
Custom NADE from JESTER
Created for Aerosol Warfare’s upcoming ‘Blow Up L.A!’ show, custom artist JESTER unveiled his latest custom NADE this week. Featuring an authentically weathered metal look, the deceptively ornate piece will be sitting alongside over 30 other custom 10″ NADE and BUD toys come the show’s opening on February 9th (Crewest Gallery).
Seven Six custom Munny from Carson Catlin
Swiftly following J*RYU this week, cut-out custom king Carson Catlin revealed yet another stunning entry for Dragatomi‘s upcoming ‘Year of the Dragon’ show, the 7″ Munny- ‘Seven Six’ (his birth year, and also a year of the Dragon). Featuring thousands of painstakingly applied bristles, the black and red dragon has got to be one of Carson’s best customs yet- here’s hoping we see more of this style in 2012!
The Buddha Munny and Daimyo from Jon Paul Kaiser
With the passing of another week comes even more hot customs from JPK, this time in the form of the ‘Buddha’ Munny and ‘Daimyo’ Android customs. Straying from the usual dark subject matter, Buddha’s smiling face and squinting eyes are a welcome change for Jon, proving that his unique b/w style can be applied to just about anything. The 3″ Daimyo on the other hand, is trademark JPK- the fully decked out samurai features some of the most insane detailing we’ve seen yet. No new as to wether these were privately commissioned, but we’ll let you know if these guys are ever made available…
The latest batch of customs from Zukaty
UK based artist Zukaty has been busy prepping his latest batch of customs for release this Saturday, February 4th. The fantastic collection is set to feature 3 8″ Dunny’s, a 7″ Munny, a 5″ MAD*L, and a Jubbs (expect prices between $40 and $160), all lovingly sprayed and brushed in Zukaty’s big, bold and brash style. In preparation for the big launch this weekend, 6 Fatcaps have been released on the store early, priced at $40 each plus shipping.
Mummy Mania! Customs from the Crypt at Super7
Held last weekend, Super7’s Mummy Mania! show featured over 40 Mummy Boy customs from some of the neo-kaiju scene’s biggest talents, including Mummy Boy sculptor Brian Flynn, Leecifer, Blurble, Paul Kaiju and Nebulon 5. All of the customs are now available to purchase through the Super7 store, with prices ranging between $55-$600. Our personal favourite is Rik Sans‘ neon-hued effort (pictured below left), the colours are quite simply out of this world- I have to say I’ve fallen in love with the pink to purple spray, but it’s that tight green detailing that really helps to make this Mummy pop. Where’s a spare $250 when you need it?!
MAN-E-NEWS// Chester Runcorn final wax prototype from Doktor A x Kuso Vinyl…
Originally announced at last year’s Designer Con, Doktor A’s steam punk infused tripedal robot, Chester Runcorn, will soon be upon us. Revealed in its final wax state before production, the 5″ tall figure from Kuso Vinyl is set to come in an initial 2 colourways (original and gold), with an undisclosed price tag. Head over to the Dok’s site for more information…
MAN-E-NEWS// Uamou joins the Maqet artist roster…
Revolutionary ‘made-to-order’ toy manufacturer Maqet have just revealed the latest artist to join their extensive roster, in the form of Ayako Takagi of Uamou fame. Her iconic horned devil, the Uamou, is set to get the plastin treatment (a ceramic like Eco friendly material), with the first edition standing at around 4″ tall. No news yet as to pricing, release date, or the level of customisation that will be on offer for the figure, but as with all of Maqet’s toys, you can expect it to be pitched with a VERY reasonable price tag once it finally touches down.
Head over to the Maqet store now to check out some amazing pieces from the likes of Frank Kozik and Scott Tolleson- be warned, once you start buying Maqet, you can’t stop!
MAN-E-NEWS// New Teddy Troop keyrings from MUFFINMAN x Flying Fortress…
Posted a couple of weeks back, Flying Fortress‘ latest Teddy Troop incarnation finally saw the light of day this week. Coming in the form of a hand cast and painted key ring (solving the ‘how’s he going to stand up?’ debate!) from MUFFINMAN over at Fakehouse, the toy was limited to a batch of 30 which unfortunately sold out within an hour of hitting the Flying Fortress store. On the upside, the initial grey version is said to be the first of many to come this year (blue, yellow, and red ?), so be sure to keep checking the store for further updates…
UPDATE// Flying Fortress has just posted more information along with some pics of the latest Teddy Troop keyring set to drop sometime next week-
While i had been on travel last time i wasn’t able to post the release of the Teddy Trooper keychains here on the blog. They had gone super quick on the online store. So be warned that next week we will drop the second colour-way on RockawayBear.com. Again super limited to 30psc. Handcrafted and casted by the one-and-only MUFFINMAN from Fakehouse.
MAN-E-NEWS// Grody Shogun & Velocitron present Karoushi @TAG…
Opening at the Toy Art Gallery tomorrow (Friday, February 3rd), Karoushi is the latest collaborative art show from sofubi/kaiju supremos, Grody Shogun and Velocitron. Promising a whole host of insane custom artwork, collaborations and mash-ups, both Ricky and Luke will be on hand at the opening reception for a live chat and custom painting via video chat from their studio in Japan.
Anyone interested in purchasing any of the pair’s wild toy creations should head over to the gallery at 12 Noon tomorrow to grab a line-up ticket. The exhibition will be opening its doors at 7, so make sure your back with your ticket by 6.30 to be in with a chance…
Press: Toy Art Gallery is proud to present “Karoushi”, featuring the works of Grody Shogun and Velocitron! “Karoushi” is the Japanese concept of death by overwork. Working simultaneously as brand, producer and retailer, the two masterminds of the Japanese soft vinyl producing powerhouse The Fort have banded together to unleash a gallery show of epic proportions. Multiple editions, one-offs and collaborative pieces are just the beginning of what these two have crafted for this event. Grody Shogun and Velocitron hope that attendees to the gallery show can get a taste of just what two people can accomplish when they decide that their own health, sanity and overall well-being rank far below achieving their dreams of revolutionizing the Japanese vinyl world.
Grody Shogun began in 2011 but has taken the Japanese vinyl world by storm. Built around the core philosophy that toys are meant to be enjoyed and played with, GS prides himself on creating “playable” figures that are offered at extremely reasonable price points. GS figures have a strong following both in Japan and internationally, often selling out within minutes of being offered.
Velocitron began producing figures in Japanese vinyl in 2008, starting with only his own designs and soon starting to produce figures from a diverse group of international artists and designers. His designs are influenced by post apocalyptic imagery, classic horror manga and heavy metal album covers.

MAN-E-NEWS// The Toynami x UNKL Spongebob Squarepants Unipo series…
MAN-E-FEATURE// Exclusive interview with Jon Paul Kaiser…
Regarded as one of the art toy scene’s most talented artists, Jon Paul Kaiser’s distinct black and white aesthetic has lead to huge success in both the custom and production toy communities. With a constant flow of jaw-dropping custom pieces, an extensive collection of Toy2R production figures, and the recently released Fatcap Series 3 Spaceman, JPK shows no sign of letting up in 2012…
We managed to prize Jon away from the workbench for a minute to talk about how he got into the scene, his influences, and the numerous projects he has lined up for this year (including the infamous Project X!)…
How did you stumble upon the art toy scene? Were you a collector before you started customising?
That’s all thanks to Paul from Porlzilla – I’d been a collector of toys (Star Wars, Transformers, Mcfarlane etc) and we got introduced to each other by a DJ friend of ours (Kid Keith from Great Scott). We started talking about design and the next day he sent me a link to Vinylpulse’s coverage of the design and development of one of their figures (I think it was El Panda.. might have been Tequila) and that was it; hooked. Weirdly I went straight into trying to make art toys before collecting them, that’s where the Ozzel came from. Porl drew him, I sculpted him up, then we went along to the local college who helped us make the first molds for him and pretty soon we were casting in his kitchen.
Your toys are instantly recognisable through their strong graphic black and white aesthetic, do you find limiting your colour palette helps to focus the design, or is there another explanation to your approach?
It definitely helps focus the design. The Black & White aesthetic comes from a few different approaches; The bold and stark contrast really makes the design stand out, especially if it’s in a group shot with other customs that have multiple colours. If it’s a good design it shouldn’t need colour to work, and it’s that idea taken to the extreme. It’s also partially from the way characters in film noir look. They’re imposing and Significant with the strong, over-exposed light and lush, deep shadows.
From pirates to Star Wars, your work has always covered a diverse range of themes, beautifully unified by your unique style. Apart from the obvious, who or what has has influenced your approach to both custom and production art toys, in particular the latest Whispering Corsair series from Toy2R?
My influences come from a range of places, some of them not that obvious. By day I’m a menswear designer and I follow a lot of trend & style blogs (you’d never guess by the way I dress) and I take inspiration from fashion collections, trends that are emerging like the resurgance of classic patterns such as houndstooth & tweed. Others from conversations I have with friends, and particularly my wife. Several of the ‘rules’ I work to are from my college & university tutors, they’re only simple things but my work remains unique, or at least identifiable, because I try to adhere to them.
You’ve gained a huge following through your breathtaking array of customs, but the last year has seen a number of production releases from Toy2R, and recently Kidrobot. How has the design process differed? Have you still had the same level of control? The extensive sculpting involved in your recent Captain Sturnbrau Mini Qee would suggest that companies such as Toy2R are willing to represent artist’s designs more faithfully than in the past- would you tend to agree?
The design process is only slightly different; working with Toy2R has made me aware of some of the restrictions of the production process and I keep these in mind when designing a sculpted part or where a print lies.
The companies I’ve worked with have given me a great deal of control, Toy2R’s development of Captain Sturnbrau is a great example of this; if you look at my first design of that figure, it’s exactly the same as the finished product. We went through several stages of sculpts, paint apps and corrections to get it right, and I was encouraged by Kevin to speak up if there was anything I wasn’t happy about. They wanted the product to be as good as it possibly could be, and I think it’s turned out perfectly!
I’m not sure I would agree that companies and more willing to take on new sculpts when it comes to toys. In the earlier days when the scene was beginning to flourish there seems to have been a lot more experimentation and a wider variety of sculpts and platforms. Many to still come through now but I think Platforms are becoming more staple in the field.
Your Ozzel collaboration with Paul Burke is one of the scene’s most sought after toys, helping to kickstart the current trend of artist produced runs. Apart from your upcoming collaboration with UME and Run DMB, would you ever consider working on another self-produced resin toy?
Is it really? I had no idea!! I’m skeptical of doing anything in resin myself, mainly because I spent a lot of time trying to master it and failing quite badly – just getting a flashback of a time I really mixed up my ingredients and nearly set the house on fire!
My wife was… furious..
Rich (umetoys) really knows what he’s doing when it comes to casting, so I’m happy to let him take care of that part.
About that UME x Run DMB collaboration… How did it (Project X) come about? And what involvement in it do you have?
We all met up at the Icons Show, curated by The Hang Gang in Leeds late last October, I’d already met Rich at NYCC earlier that month. We spoke about some of David’s characters over email and twitter, he developed them and Rich made a sculpt. Hopefully there’ll be a couple of similar characters so we can make them a set (and I’ll get a chance to sculpt). All three of us will be painting some of them up, perhaps for a show..?
Unlike many customisers, you’ve never tied yourself down to one particular platform, working with toys as diverse as Coarsetoys’ Paws, Luke Cheu’s Mecha Sad Bear, Futura’s Nosferatu, and of course Kidrobot’s Munny- which has been your favourite to work with?
Mini-Munnys and the new Toyer Mini-Qee are great to work with;- they’re straightforward, have character of their own and their articulation allows you to move limbs etc without scratching the paintwork. I’ve done a couple of Kathie Olivas’ Scavengers and they were great to paint as well.
What can we expect from JPK in 2012? We’ve heard numerous rumours of a follow up to your Captain America Mini Qee (NYCC 2011) in the form of the Avengers set, will these get a production run?
I have a hell of a lot lined up for 2012! I thought 2011 was as good as it could get, but very quickly my schedule has filled up nicely with some great projects and releases! I am indeed working on a custom set of the Avengers, There’s nothing set in stone at the moment, but I believe Marvel will be shown them, so who knows?
Captain Sturnbrau makes his debut proper this year, as well as a fantastic variant, there’s more due from Toy2R and Kidrobot, hopefully some apparel, a few shows, NYCC again (I loved it last year and felt so welcome) and I’m also working on “The Big Project” which is ambitious to the point of being ridiculous and that’s all I’m saying about that for now…

MAN-E-NEWS// Megaman ‘Gutsman’ Galaxxor custom from Ben Spencer…
Created for OhNo!Doom’s forthcoming videogame tribute show, Super Button Mashers, Megaman character ‘Gutsman’ has been given the Monster Hunter Robo treatment from Galaxxor creator, Ben Spencer. No news yet as to wether this stunning piece will be available to purchase, but we’ll keep you informed of any developments in the coming weeks…
I was recently invited to participate in a group art show at the OhNo!Doom Gallery here in Chicago. The name of the show is “Super Button Mashers” and the theme is classic video games. Naturally, I chose to make a one of a kind Galaxxor based upon Gutsman, a character from the Mega Man series of games. The aesthetic that has been built around that property is absolutely mind blowing and it continues to inspire me to this day. -Ben Spencer
On February 10th, the OhNo!Doom gallery will be transformed into a fully working arcade for the much anticipated Super Button Mashers group show. Curated by Mr. Max Bare, OhNo!Arcade is set to include an interactive game by Jake Elliott, 8-bit live chip tunes from Saskrotch and Kkrusty, and of course, a whole host of artists including CZR PZR, Joey D, Aya Kakeda, and Mike Budai.
